Legal and Sales Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The present terms and conditions of sale are contracted between L’Atelier Teinture and any individual or legal entity seeking to make a purchase on the website www.latelierteinture.fr or in any other way.

The acquisition of an item via the present website implies the full acceptance by the buyer of the present terms and conditions of sale.
L’Atelier Teinture reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of sale at its discretion. In this event, the terms and conditions of sale applicable will be those in use at the date of purchase by the buyer.
Description of products
L’Atelier Teinture has taken every care to ensure that the description and representation of each product is as accurate as possible.
Dying handmade process can result on color variations inside of a skein or between 2 skeins.
Approximate weight is indicated and can change on different parameters, including humidity. The weight of raw yarn dyed is indicated.
All products are subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, L’Atelier Teinture will inform the buyer. L’Atelier Teinture in no way guarantees the retention of products on sale at any given period.
Pricing
The prices on the website are in Euros and without VAT, in compliance with art. 293B of french tax code.
The prices do not include shipping, delivery and customs costs. Freight costs invoiced are calculated for each order.
Orders
In order to place an order on the website the client must be at least 18 years old and legally liable and create an account. When opening an account, the client commits to communicating to L’Atelier Teinture accurate information and to inform the company of changes to the said information.
Confirmation of the order leads to the acceptance of the present terms and conditions of sale.
In some cases, particularly non-payment, incorrect address or any other problem linked to the order, L’Atelier Teinture reserves the right to block the buyer’s order until the problem is resolved.
Payment methods
Payment is required at the time of ordering.
Payments will be made by PayPal or by cards, all securized by PayPal solutions.
Products will remain L’atelier Teinture property untill payment of the full price.
Delivery
Orders will generally be shipped within 1 to 14 days after order confirmation, some poducts needing to be dyed if not available when order is placed. Delivery time will then depend on the client’s address. All orders will be shipped from France. Thanks to contact L’atelier Teinture to get more information about the shipping or delivery expected time or in case of late delivery, in that case please let L’atelier Teinture a reasonable extended time to deliver.
A confirmation email will be sent when you order will be validated.
All order placed on the website www.latelierteinture.fr and delivered outside France can be subject to taxes and customs duties applied once the package arrives at its destination. These potential customs duties and taxes linked to the delivery of a product are payable and under responsaibility of the buyer. L’Atelier Teinture is not required to verify and inform the buyer of applicable customs duties and taxes. For more details, the buyer is advised to seek information before to the relevant country’s authorities.
Order Cancellation / Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day which you acquire physical possession of the last good (in compliance with articles L.221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code).
In that case, you shall send back the goods and bear the cost of the return.
In order to cancel the contract the client will have to notify clearly L’Atelier Teinture within the deadline of 14 days.
Products should be shipped back with appropriate packaging not to be damaged during transportation.
Products personalised on client’s demand cannot be returned.
Privacy Policy
The personal data collecte dis subject to processing by the data controller L’Atelier Teinture.
This data is collected as part of the management of your customer account and are used by L’Atelier Teinture only.
In the event of a problem concerning the management of your personal data, you may file a complaint to the personal data protection officer (serviceclients@latelierteinture.fr), to the French Data Protection Authority (CNIL) or to any other competent authority.
Dispute Resolution
The present terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
